Return and Exchange Policy:
No returns or exchanges will be accepted or refunds granted for products purchased for delivery via electronic download or via alternate shipping methods once a registration key (e.g. customer ID Number) has been incorporated and customized into the company software tools. We do not guarantee successful delivery via download. If the customer is unable to download the product successfully, he/she may have the product delivered via one of our alternative shipping methods. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
